Crystals engraved by hand - This includes Empowered Crystals, Crystal Minis & Pendulums.

All offerings of hand engraved crystals are made to order. This means that every crystal is individually and intuitively chosen for YOU and personalised with love and intention with your chosen words or affirmations.

The processing time for this work would typically vary from 2-4 weeks excluding shipping. This is the time that I take to work on your order, as this is a special type of work that I need to do with a full and clear heart. I trust that all my work reaches you in divine timing. Your feedback and experience since I started doing it tells me it is very often the case.

Any orders that do not require personalisation will be typically prepared and shipped within 1-2 weeks.

International customers outside of Australia, are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. Contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country is recommended. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be as they vary for every country.

SHIPPING SERVICES WITH AUSPOST

Please note that once orders are dispatched, Bondi Letters is no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. If a parcel is delayed/lost in transit, please check your tracking number and contact AusPOST via this link.

​

On my end, I will personally follow up with posties, so please reach out if you think I can be of any help to find the whereabouts of your parcel.

If after an investigation your parcel is deemed lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at Bondi Letters discretion.

​

Please check your shipping details carefully before you hit confirm. If a parcel has been incorrectly addressed when you completed your order (i.e. incorrect/incomplete unit number or street number, etc) please let me know ASAP so I can amend it before dispatching your order.

If your parcel is returned to me for these reasons, or because it hasn't been collected from your local post office within the given timeframe, I will happily ship your order to the correct address upon confirmation of payment of additional re-shipping fees.

If the content of your parcel is broken or damaged, please contact me via email within 72 hs of receiving it at hello@bondiletters.com with any photos of the items that we can forward to our couriers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A lot of love and dedication goes into every single order, most of my work is made by hand and made to order, so unfortunately returns & exchanges are not accepted unless your order has been damaged in transit, in which case, please refer to the above and contact me via email within 72 hs of receiving your parcel at hello@bondiletters.com.
